Before savoring the joys of the winner's rostrum with their Kronos, J.P. Mondron and Marc Van Dalen had already been there and done that as drivers. Jean-Pierre Mondron and Marc Van Dalen founded Kronos Racing in 1994. Their association was not a chance encounter: both were long-time car racing fans and both had been circuit and rally drivers.
It was thus quite natural for them to start an exciting endeavour together, that would give them the opportunity to live their passion to the full, each and every day.

With its team of enthusiastic and skilled technicians Kronos won many races and titles on circuits and rallies.
One of the keys to their success is undoubtedly that they have managed to gather together an efficient and motivated team of technicians and engineers, several of whom are highly experienced men who have been with the company since it was set up, just over 10 years ago.Together, J.P Mondron and M. Van Dalen have reached one of their goals: to earn the backing of a Manufacturer, after having done so with importers, notably Peugeot Belgium-Luxembourg, over nine years of successful collaboration.
In fact, it was Citroën Sport who lent them credibility by choosing them as their official team for preparing the Citroën C2 Super 1600s for the 2004 French Rally Championship, and the two Xsara WRCs and two C2 Super 1600s for the 2005 FIA World Rally Championship.
Today, the business has some 30 people who enthusiastically collaborate to the different programmes of the 2008 season (see Programmes).
